Shipping Notes
- Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday), excluding statutory holidays.
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday begin processing the next business day.
- Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers.
- Once an order has shipped, address changes must be requested directly through the shipping carrier whenever possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin an investigation. While we're always happy to help where we can, Curl Keeper can't accept responsibility for packages the carrier has confirmed as delivered.

How to Start a Return
Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 45 days of receiving your order.
- Products returned after 45 days are not eligible for a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
- Please send returns only to the address provided by our Customer Care team — not the shipping address on your original package.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds include the purchase price of the returned products, less any original shipping charges, where applicable. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Purchases from Other Retailers
We can only process returns and refunds for products purchased directly from curlkeeper.com. If your purchase was made through another retailer, salon, distributor, marketplace, Amazon, or the Curly Hair Institute, please contact the original place of purchase regarding their return policy.
International Returns
If you're returning products from outside Canada, please use the return address provided by our Customer Care team.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- E-Gift Cards
